The group serves young girls through high school, with instructional, recreational and competitive softball programs that teach the sport and instill qualities of responsible citizenship and personal achievement.

The FGSA in Franklin, MA has four divisions. 

The Instructional Division serves girls in kindergarten through 2nd grade.

The three other divisions (Intermediate, Junior and Senior) serve older girls with increasingly advanced play and longer recreational games.

There’s also competitive tournament play for skilled players.  The Tornados and Thunder & Lighting programs field teams in a variety of age brackets and feature tournament play against teams from other cities and towns in MA and beyond.
