Raising funds, donating time and effort

The volunteers at the Jefferson PCC do a lot to help the Jefferson Elementary School:

♦ The Jefferson PCC pays for an annual field trip for every student in grades 1 through 5.

♦ The school’s Artist In Residence program gets major support from the PCC. The artwork on display throughout the school was that created by students in the program from prior years. The program culminates in the annual Night of the Arts where students proudly display their work to their families.

♦ Jefferson PCC volunteers “bake, rake, paint, tally lunch, copy, donate to other charities, take pictures, organize book fairs, help in the library, fundraise” and do much more to help the Jefferson school!
