Franklin Middle Schools offer in-depth computer and technology training to students.
The middle school curriculum in Franklin includes computer instruction in labs for each grade – 6, 7 and 8 -Â combined with technology training in real-world applications in the classrooms. A foundation is laid for more career oriented instruction in high school.
Students are offered the opportunity to learn practical applications of tech training in fields ranging from structural, manufacturing and communication technologies, robotic programming and vehicle and bridge systems.
Additionally, every class’s teacher has the opportunity to publish web sites for class use; many of these class sites are very in-depth including homework, study links, advice, inspiration, tips on MCAS . . . not just fluff!
Sites are hosted within the school’s web presence or at their own domains.
